We are planning to rent a bike during our stay, are there any apartments that provide a storage room for bicycles?

How do I know if an apartment is available for my stay?

The availabilty is totally online updated on the You Stylish website. Enter the correct check-in and check-out dates and number of guests using the pull-down menu and click “search.” The apartments shown in the list are the ones available for your dates. In high-demanded period the availability could change fast. Take a look and book it to ensure you the apartment.

Where can I find the exact price of an apartment?

The exact price of each apartment may be calculated directly online on each apartment page. Enter the correct check-in and check-out dates and number of guests using the pull-down menu and click “recalculate.” The price shown in the “Total Cost” includes all taxes, special discounts, and holiday surcharges. The final cleaning fee and refundable security deposit are not included, but may be found in the apartment description. And remember, we give you the best price guaranteed¡¡¡

Where can I find out the exact address or floor of an apartment?

By clicking on the “location” tab located in green at the top of each apartment description page, you will see the exact location of the flat in relation to the rest of the city. After booking your apartment, the exact address will be given to you in your booking confirmation. How do I get more information on a property or area of the city?

How do I find a property located in the main city center?

Please click the option “city centre apartments” for a list of Barcelona apartments located in the historic city center and downtown area. You could use the “Via Map Location” option or contact us at info@you-stylish.com for further information.

How do I find a property near the beach?

How can I search for properties with a swimming pool?

Click on the option “filter” on the list of the “Barcelona Apartments”, and select the feature “Swimming Pool.” All apartments that appear in your search results are available apartments with a swimming pool. In the description of the apartment you can find more details.  We are proud to give you the possibility to visit some private swimming pools due to a special agreements with some gyms. How do I find a property with internet connection?

All apartments that we show have with Internet access. It is a must for your holidays stays, or business stays to be able to connect to Internet. We are also giving you the possibility to buy SIM cards with internet acces for your mobile.

How do I find a suitable property?

You may begin to search for available apartment rentals on the You Stylish Apartments homepage. Simply select the dates of your check-in and check-out by clicking on the pop up calendars, the number of guests staying in the accommodation. For a more specific search, use the filters by type or by location and select the accommodation features you are looking for. All apartments that appear in your search results are those that are available and meet your request.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

For all booking cancellations, the following policy will be applied:

1) FREE CANCELLATION: If the date of cancellation is greater than 20 days from check-in, the booking payment will be refunded.

2) If the date of cancellation is 20 days or less from the check-in date, 0% of the booking payment will be refunded.

All changes to confirmed reservations will be considered on an individual basis depending upon apartment availability and season.

Are taxes and final cleaning fees included in the Total Cost?

Taxes and final cleaning fees are included in the Total Cost listed on our webpage. We have no hidden extra costs! The only tax that is not included in our online price is the Barcelona City Tax which is due upon arrival as it is dependent on the number of days you are staying, number of guests in the apartment and the ages of the guests. Your check in agent, on the day of arrival will calculate this cost with you. It is normally a minimal amount.

I have a (baby, handicapped person, large group of people, person with noise/light sensitivities) in my group. Do you have apartments that are suitable?

We pride ourselves in the variety of apartments that we offer in Barcelona. Please feel free to ask us at apartments@youstylish.com if someone in your group has special needs and we would be happy to direct you to the apartments available that would be best suited for you!

How do I know the information given on your website is accurate?

It is the individual responsibility of the advertisers to maintain the currency and accuracy of the information displayed on their property page. You Stylish Apartments in not liable for any inaccuracies, but actively maintains contact with each property owner and relies heavily on customer feedback to ensure the satisfaction of future clients. To confirm information written in the apartment description, please send us a “Property Enquiry” located on each apartment page, just below the online price quotation in the right-hand column. We will then contact the owner specifically in regards to your question and if available, send you  reviews made from previous guests in this same apartment.

How do I book an apartment online?

Simply select the dates of your check-in and check-out by clicking on the pop-up calendars and the number of people. Press on “Recalculate” to confirm dates, number of guests and total cost. Click “Book” to begin the payment process.

Is it mandatory to pay city tax for our stay?

The Barcelona city tax is an official tax that is obligatory in all of Catalonia and must be paid by the client directly. The cost is 2,5 € per person per day, but only up to 7 days. It is also a good indicator of the legality of the apartments and of the agency that organizes the stay.

Checking in/out

What do we do if there is something broken in the apartment?

Please notify your check-in contact person as soon as possible for apartment items you find damaged or in need or repair, during your stay so that we may promptly resolve the problem. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

What type of contract will I sign at check-in?

During the check-in process, we ask that you sign a basic contract protecting both you and the property owner which confirms full payment received and explains in detail the apartment rules and terms of usage as well as defines the conditions to return your security deposit.

If we cannot meet the check-in /check-out hours, can we leave our luggage somewhere while we visit the city?

We always try to be flexible with the check-in and check-out hours. In the event that we should have a check-in / check-out on the same day, we would need to apply the standard check in time (after 3 PM and before 9 PM). If these cannot be met, you may always leave your luggage locked in one of Barcelona’s locker services, or we may watch it in our office during office hours while you walk around town and enjoy something to eat. To confirm your check-in and check-out times, please contact us by email, one week prior to your visit to: check-in@youstylish.com.

When will my security deposit be returned?

The check-out procedure and apartment review may take around 20 minutes. Our You Stylish Check in agent will meet you at the flat at Check-out to collect keys and to return your security deposit, granted that the apartment is in good condition (as it was at the check-in) and no items are missing or damaged.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?

We are proud of our personalized check in process. Our agents will meet and greet you at your apartment, give you a walk through of the apartment on how the appliances, Wifi internet access, and heating and air conditioning work and they will answer any question that you might have. In order to avoid unnecessary wait times, we ask that once you arrive to Barcelona and BEFORE taking transport to the apartment,  you call your check in agent to the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. She will then be able to gauge how much time is needed to do the check in and organize any other details directly with you.

Who will meet me when I arrive to my destination city?

Call your check-in contact person after you pick up your lugagge and you will fix the meeting time in the apartment. Then, the check-in contact person will be waiting for you with the apartment ready. Nice2meetU service for you.

Yes, we will gladly arrange for restaurant reservations. Please inform your You-Stylish Apartments check-in contact person or concierge person, your desired time and location and he or she will arrange your reservation needs.

Yes, we will gladly arrange for your taxi pick-up service from the apartment. Please inform your check-in contact person of your desired time and location and he or she will arrange for your taxi pick-up.

Can I request a babysitter?

Yes, we will gladly arrange a baby-sitter for you upon request. We have offered this service several times, with great results, always sending trustworthy and competent person from our company. If needed, we can provide an English speaker, as well as other languages. The cost is 15 euros / hour, minimum three to four hours, plus the taxi cost for the person to come back home at night time.
