1 Ensuite Master Bedroom with king size bed (180x200) and window overlooking the street. This bedroom features a big dressing room with lots of storage space and a big bathroom with bathtub and two adjoining enclosed sections one with a custom shower and the other with a toilet

1 Interior Bedroom in the corridor with a queen size bed (169x200)

1 Modern Interior Bedroom next to the dining area with glass partition walls and two single beds (90x200)

Note - This room has big curtains that run along the whole length of the glass walls to provide privacy, however the room is not totally blacked out by them.

1 loft style bedroom with two single beds on a higher level which is accessed by climbing a set of 6 steps.

Note - Despite being an open style bedroom it provides privacy due to its layout but it is open to the light coming from the living room area.

The apartment is located in the Poblenou Quarter right next to Bogatell metro station, the street Pere IV is quiet and safe. There is an area full of restaurants and bars nearby. The nearest beach (Nova Icària) is just about 10 minutes walking.

Rollaway beds available on request for children only. No more than 10 adults can occupy the property.

Apartment not suitable for people with reduced mobility since there are 4 steps at the building's entrance.
