The apartment combines a modern, functional and comfortable furniture with many traditional Modernist features: high ceilings with elegant mouldings, Modernist style floors with tiled geometrical patterns, French windows with wooden shutters opening onto a balcony with forged iron hand rails which provide lots of natural light to the living/dining area. The traditional Mediterranean white and cream hues in ceiling, walls and furniture emphasize the brightness of the whole apartment.

The property features three bedrooms, one with a single bed, another one with a double bed both facing the inside of the building and a third master bedroom with a double bed overlooking a traditional Barcelona´s interior patio (an open area at the rear side of the block). All the bedrooms have wardrobes providing lots of storage capacity.

The kitchen is fully equipped and both bathrooms have a custom shower.

The apartment is located on the Eixample Esquerra, a Quarter between the city center (about 10 minutes walking to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas) and Plaza España (about 15 minutes walking). The neighbourhood is exceptionally well connected by means of many different public transport options (both metro and bus). With its broad sidewalks and its many shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets the area is very lively during the daytime but quiet and secure at nighttime.
