This 1 bedroom apartment loft style has been specially designed to guarantee an easy and comfortable stay. Every detail has been thought out to make your daily chores as easy as possible and enhance your resting and relaxing hours.

The apartment´s layout consists of a big open space area where each section is well defined by a color change on the floor and decoration. Thus, the kitchen which shares space with the living/dining area has been decorated in a predominant and soothing bright blue color in walls, ceiling and floor to define its own space.

Next to the sitting area a big bookcase with a flat tv  and sliding doors to the sides serves as a partition wall to a double bedded room and next to it a big bathroom with custom shower.

The apartment´s side wall which runs along the whole apartment has 4 sets of windows with 3  panes each overlooking the main street which guarantees lots of natural light the whole day through.

On this same wall the heating system with three long radiators has been placed to provide a nice and warm temperature on cold months.

The apartment is on a very lively residential area very close to Arc de Triomf and is full of restaurants, bars, bakeries and a wide array of shops and supermarkets. The area is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transportation, both metro stations Tetuan and Arc de Triomf are less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

The building where the apartment is located has a fitness area, Jacuzzi, sauna and massage service only for residents. Even if your working days are busy you will be able to relax, work out and make the most of your resting hours without leaving the premises.
