The apartment is located in the heart of the upscale Sarria neighbourhood, a charming semi-pedestrian district full of personality in which to relax and enjoy the city.  It also provides easy access to the main international schools in the city.

Once inside the apartment, a hall leads to a spacious  lounge overlooking  a traditional interior patio which provides lots of light, an open view and no traffic or street noise. Next to the sitting area there is an open space dining room and a semi-open desk area with a big sliding door to create an independent working space. The apartment features one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two XL single bedded rooms both with desk. (All bedrooms have their own wardrobe). There is a second full bathroom next to the two single bedrooms.  The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The apartment has gas heating with radiators and air conditioning.

A pleasant walk will lead you to Diagonal street, not far from the neuralgic centre of the city. This area is well connected by public transport with the rest of the city, with several bus stops and a metro station.

This charismatic neighbourhood perfectly combines its residential function with the best leisure, cultural, commercial service, and a diversity of fashion shops, groceries and supermarkets.
