This apartment is totally new and has 70 mt. In addition to this, it is located in very safe area, you can enjoy the privilege of being close to the beach in main city of Barcelona.

This apartment is designed to receive a couple or a family with one or two kids and have a very comfortable stay. It offers 1 double bedroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds  (prepared separatelly, though it can be done as one double in case needed) and two full bathrooms. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, and all the appliances you may need during your stay. The kichen has been dessigned with an opened style to the livingroom, with a high table and chairs, making it a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. From the apartment you have lovely sky views.

Very well located, you have the Barceloneta Metro station, yellow line, only 100 meters away from your apartment. The apartment is very well distributed and each of its spaces are well demarcated. From this apartment you are right in Barceloneta, with the access to the beach, though also right in Borne area, so trendy nowadays. There is also quick access to main city cenre, even walking distance to main touristic attractions.

Accessibility information: Easy Access Apartment. The building has an elevator, there are no steps at the main entrance which provides easy access with luggage, wheelchair, or baby trolley.
It is ideal for people with reduced mobility (using crutches, canes, or walkers).
