The living/dining room share space with a fully equipped kitchen to the side which is separated from the living area by a low partition wall.

Both bedrooms have access to small balconies overlooking the main street which provide lots of natural light to the rooms. Two big wardrobes in each bedroom provide, as well, lots of storage space.

The apartment has wooden floorings and its decoration in white and cream hues has been specially designed to emphasize the apartment´s brightness and create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment is located on a side street to Paralel Avenue which represents the bohemian side of  Barcelona where some of the most well known theatre halls are to be found, as well, as the emblematic El Molino a cabaret and burlesque Hall that became a landmark providing a space of freedom and transgression.

**The private terrace is on top of the building and it is accessed by climbing a flight of stairs or taking the elevator. It has no direct access from the apartment. (Terrace 20m2)
