The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, induction cooker and all the necessary appliances for an easy and pleasant stay. Next to the kitchen and accessible from the living room there is a big balcony with capacity for a table and chairs and a bench.

All rooms in the apartment have big windows with motorized blinds overlooking  the main street which guarantees natural day the whole day. Besides the fully equipped ensuite bathroom with custom shower the apartment has a toilet.

The apartment is located just 5 minutes walking from Diagonal Avenue, one of the main business areas in Barcelona which provides easy access both in and out of the city by car and 2 minutes from the big shopping center L´Illa Diagonal.

The apartment is on a high floor and not having another tall building in front provides an open view of the whole area.
