Both areas, living room and bedroom have French windows which open to the balcony overlooking the main street and provide lots of natural light to the whole space. The second bedroom has a double bed and a small window facing the inside of the building. The bathroom has a custom shower.

The apartment features a current and trendy Mediterranean decor which combines bright  walls, light brown hues on the pinewood doors, windows and flooring and the typical vaulted brick ceilings.

The apartment is located in the Eixample area. Just a few minutes walk to the heart of the city: Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas and right next to Passeig de Gràcia (Barcelona´s Golden Mile). The Eixample with its many shops, restaurants and cafes is very lively during the daytime and safe and quiet at night time.
