This is a lovely apartment located right next to the beach of Barcelona. Here you will be able to be in a tranquil apartment, next to the beach with a communal swimming pool on the roof terrace, where it is always sunny and with city and beach views.

This apartment is totally new and has 75 mt. In addition to this, it is located in very safe area, you can enjoy the privilege of being close to the beach in main city of Barcelona.

This apartment is designed to receive a couple or a family with one or two kids and have a very comfortable stay. It offers 1 double bedroom, one single bed (prepare with two beds in case needed) and one complete bathroom, and a shared  neighbors rooftop with great swimming pool. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, and all the appliances you may need during your stay. The kichen has been dessigned with an opened window to the livingroom, with a high table and chairs, making it a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. From the apartment you have side views to the sea, and direct views from the rooftop.

Very well located, you have the Poblenou Metro station, yellow line, only 600 meters away from your apartment, a 7-minute walk. The apartment is very well distributed and each of its spaces are well demarcated.

Nowadays, the Rambla Poblenou still fulfills the same functions as many years before, and it brings together shops and establishments with a past very linked to the social life of Poblenou. The rambla is next to modernist buildings with beautiful architecture, which show exuberant decorations typical of the Barcelonian style.

Accessibility information: Easy Access Apartment. The building has an elevator, there are no steps at the main entrance which provides easy access with luggage, wheelchair, or baby trolley.
It is ideal for people with reduced mobility (using crutches, canes, or walkers).
