Our 80m2 apartment in L´Eixample Esquerra quarter features three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, a fully equipped separated kitchen with all the necessary appliances to guarantee a comfortable stay, one full bathroom with custom shower and one washroom. The spacious living room presents a square archway leading to a separate dining area.

The apartment features some elements of Modernist homes: high ceilings, traditional tile floorings with geometrical patterns and big windows which run along the whole front wall to guarantee brightness which is emphasized by a Mediterranean style decoration in whites and pastel shades to create a relaxing and warm atmosphere that will make you feel at home.

The apartment is located on a lively avenue, full of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and bars. You will be able to purchase your daily groceries on the traditional market El mercat del Ninot full of stalls offering fresh vegetables and a wide selection of meats and fish which is just 7 minutes walking. The nearest gym is less than a 5 minute walk.

Finally, the apartment is about 20 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya, the very heart of the city, and it is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transportation. Entença metro Station is the nearest metro stop just 5 minutes away.
