Last Friday we attended the Barcelona Short Stay Summit 2019 held in the Hesperia Tower Hotel. This was an interesting format with small presentations of 20 minutes mixed with plenary sessions of more generic topics. We were able to verify the great health of our tourism sector and good prospects, but above all, the desire to share good practices to become better and more professional.
We attended panels on the legal status of tourist homes in the Iberian Peninsula, on how to improve and treat your guest experience by the hand of Airbnb, with @CarlosLascorz, @Expedia and @Eatwith.
@MarkFevitur, @PatriciaValenzuela, @ToloGomila, EHHA European Holiday Home Association.
Based on the new trend of customer information consumption, we have shared with @MarkSimpson of @Boostlyuk, tips and tools to get more customers through Instagram, how to build loyalty and generate more sales.
In addition to this, we learned on how to improve the quality of apartments, get more customers through B2B, decrease noise in the apartments and make our sector more responsible and respectful.
@NachoSuarez, @Roomonitor, @Boostly, @B2B @FabioAngeli, @QualityTourism, @Yourwelcome.
Thank you EHHA -European Holiday Home Association- and Fevitur for organizing this event, and thanks to all the colleagues with whom we could share part of our daily experiences and get to know each other a little better.
